Difference between iView HD and xtrix HD

what is the difference between Iview and xtrix?

1, channels :

 iview hd, xtrix hd : same channels and menu in them.

2, plan :

basic (1 , 3 , 6 , 12 months) and plus (1, 3 , 6 , 12 months)

3, compatible device:

both : android box, android phone and tablet. tv stick, enigma receiver.

4, country cannot work?

iview hd is working worldwide but Australia and New Zealand. iview is not acceptable by some cities .

xtrix hd is working in all countries .
